Dear Spring Workshop Meeting Registrants:

Providing a safe and healthy environment for our members, staff, and guests at our meetings is always the top priority of the NESPS. The Board of Directors of the NESPS has been closely monitoring the events surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and due to ongoing concerns and uncertainty surrounding travel and restrictions for attendees and speakers, the NESPS Spring Workshop scheduled for March 7th at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York has been postponed to Spring 2021.

The NESPS will provide registration refunds on request, or your registration fees can be credited toward your 2020 membership dues or the 2020 Annual Meeting, The NESPS will send further details next week. For the few attendees who made hotel reservations, please call the Lotte New York Palace Hotel directly to cancel your room: (212) 888-7000.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The program committee put together an exciting spring workshop and we will work diligently to reschedule and look forward to presenting it to you in the future. In the meantime, we wish for health and recovery to all those affected and hope to see everyone at the NESPS Annual Meeting in Philadelphia in September.
