I hope you all had a very happy holiday season and a happy new year. Looking forward into 2017, we have a number of very exciting developments to report to the NESPS membership. This special winter edition of our newsletter was created to help convey to you all that has been going on.

I first want to call your attention to the NESPS Workshop which will take place on Saturday, March 11 in New York City at the Marriott Marquis hotel. The day will be focused on Augmentation Mastopexy and I sincerely hope to see many of you there. The educational opportunity that this Workshop will present, I believe, is extremely unique and unlike any other conference offering currently available. The format will be a more intimate setting with longer talks which focus on technique, and will provide the opportunity to explore this topic in greater detail than can usually be achieved at larger meetings. Please take a moment to review the world-class faculty and their topics contained within this newsletter. You will see that for anyone who performs any degree of breast surgery this will be a one day educational event not to be missed.

In addition, please see other items in this special winter edition including an update about our newly formed Young Plastic Surgeons group chaired by Dr. Alexander Au. I look forward to seeing many of you not only at the NYC Workshop but also at the Annual Meeting in Newport, Rhode Island in September so please mark your calendar for what always promises to be an outstanding educational and fun event.
